How do I open a trade account?
To enquire about a trade account you can fill in the online form, which we will process and reply to within 24 hours. If successful we will send you login details and further info on how to begin business with us.
What are your minimum order values?
Our minimum order for UK customers is £300 + vat on your first order, then £100 on subsequent orders. For Europe and rest of world these is a minimum on all orders of £500.
How can I qualify for free shipping?
If you are in the UK, you will receive free shipping on orders over £300 + vat. European orders will receive free shipping on orders over £500. ROW will receive free shipping on orders over £1000.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We ship our trade orders via DHL. UK customers csn expect to see their orders within 1-3 days, with Europe and ROW being up to 5. We will strive to ship orders placed before 13.00 the same day.

We offer a variety of different starter packs to meet the requirements of our customer demographic, whether you are a Jewellery Store looking for a more premium collection of Sterling Silver Jewellery or Watches, or a gift/ novelty shop looking for a costume jewellery and accessories range.

All of our product pages should provide you with necessary information to list on your website. This includes: product name, SKU, Barcode, description and a button to download the product imagery.
