Direct Dispatch for Personalised Products and how it works for you…
1. You display our personalised products on your website or in your store and take orders from your customers with the personalisation they require.
2. You send the orders to us with your customers name and address, and we will engrave the item in our studio.
3. We’ll then dispatch direct to your customer using a dispatch note with your company name and address details. (we do not include our logo or info).
Personalised items cannot be returned unless engraving is our error.
The cost for this service includes, picking, packing, the packaging, engraving,
and a shipping fee of £5.99 for 48 Hours Tracked to the UK, £12.99 to Europe and £15.99 ROW, plus the trade price of product.
