Delivery

UK and rest of world orders are dispatched the same or next working day, and orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the next working day. European orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 days.

We use a number of couriers, including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and FedEx. All services are tracked and express.

Delivery times from dispatch:
UK: 1 to 2 working days
Europe: 1 to 3 working days
Rest of world: 3 to 10 working days

UK delivery is a flat rate of £10.99 excluding VAT. The Carat Shop Ltd cannot be held responsible for any fault in courier services.

UK delivery is free on orders of £300 or more excluding VAT, after discounts. The minimum order for UK customers is £100 excluding VAT, after discounts.

Minimum order for European customers is €100, after discounts. European delivery is €13.99, and free on orders of €500 or more, after discounts.

There is a minimum order of £500 on all International orders, after discounts. Shipping cost is calculated upon us recieving the order, and a payment link will be sent via email to pay.

If for any reason dispatch is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible to confirm a delivery date by email.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been authorised.
