How do I open a trade account?
To enquire about a trade account you can fill in the online form, which we will process and reply to within 24 hours. If successful we will send you login details and further info on how to begin business with us.
What are your minimum order values?
Our minimum order for UK customers is £100 excluding VAT. For Europe the minimum order is €100, and for the rest of the world it is £500. Minimum orders are after discounts.
How can I qualify for free shipping?
UK orders of £300 or more excluding VAT receive free shipping (UK orders under £300 are charged £10.99 excluding VAT for delivery). European orders of €500 or more receive free shipping (European orders under €500 are charged €13.99 for delivery). Order values for free shipping are after discounts. For the rest of the world, shipping is calculated once we receive your order and a payment link is emailed to you.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We use a number of couriers, including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and FedEx, and all services are tracked and express. UK and rest of world orders are dispatched the same or next working day, and orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the next working day. European orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 days. Once dispatched, UK orders take 1 to 2 working days, European orders 1 to 3 working days and rest of world orders 3 to 10 working days.
